This example e outlines a cost comparison exercise for a project which is priced at £850 and caters for 30 participants with 10 hours of learning (10 hours – consisting of 1-hour sessions). As a result, the cost per head is only £3, which is a relatively affordable rate compared to other instrumental learning classes within the industry that cost between £5-£40 for every 20 to 30-minute sessions.

If we take an example of instrumental learning that costs £6 per 25 minutes, we can see that the overall cost of delivering the project to 30 participants for 10 sessions (which will make it an equivalent of 10 hours) will be £3600, which is significantly higher than the cost of the project.

It should be noted that the cost of delivering a project like this may vary depending on the location, duration of the sessions, and other expenses such as travel /parking etc.
